Refund Policy

If You Purchased On Our Website

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but if for some reason, you are not thrilled with your purchase, simply follow our return instructions below:

We accept returns for items in the Continental United States and Hawaii only.


In order to receive a full refund, returns must be received by Sakroots within 60 days of original purchase date. If you are past 60 days, but within a year of the purchase date, you can return the merchandise for store credit. The credit will be applied to your Sakroots customer account and can only be applied to merchandise costs on only (credits cannot be applied to shipping charges). And because we want you to be 100% happy, we will also cover the return shipping cost if our shipping label is used.

Should you prefer to ship through a different carrier, go through the returns process online and note your Return Authorization Number (RMA). Ship your package to the address listed below, making sure to clearly mark the carton with your RMA#. We will not be able to process your return without the RMA# listed.

If You Purchased from an Authorized Retailer

If you are within the return policy at the place of purchase, please first try to return your item there. If you are past the return policy at the point of purchase and there is an issue with your item, you can return it for a comparable item.

  1. Click here to begin the return (you will need to create an account first). Once your item is received and processed, a store credit will be issued to your new account and you will be sent an email to shop for your replacement.

What to Expect

Once we receive your package, please allow 12-15 business days for your return to be processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may require additional days for the refund to post to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any discount code, reward code or special offer on your return order is not transferable to another order.
