If you live in the U.S. and are not thrilled with your purchase on one of our websites, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days. If past 60 days but within a year of your purchase, you can return your order for a store credit. Please note that credit can only be redeemed on sakroots.com. And because we want you to be 100% happy, we will also cover the return shipping cost if our shipping label is used. Should you prefer to ship through a different carrier, go through the returns process online and note your Return Authorization Number (RMA). Ship your package to the address listed below, making sure to clearly mark the carton with your RMA#. *VERY IMPORTANT - We will not be able to process your return without the RMA# listed*

If you didn’t buy the item you want to return on one of our sites, that’s okay too. If you are within the return policy at the place of purchase, please first try to return your item there. If you are past the return policy at the point of purchase and there is an issue with your item, you can exchange it for a comparable item.
