The backpack looks beautiful, but unfortunately, its tough to use. Its really big, but the tab to close the computer compartment is not long enough for a 15" macbook retina even though it fits, so your computer can slide out. Having a longer tab on the velcro would have been a nice touch. The other huge cheap out on ease of use is lack of double pull zips. Only a single pull is provided so you are constantly fumbling with the single zipper. Even cheap $20 costco packs have double zippers so you can leave the zip on top, vs lost in a seam on the side. The pro is that its beautiful to look at, and the outer side pockets are generous enough for a water bottle. The matching lunch bag fits in nicely in the main compartment in the non computer section

I just got this backpack in the mail yesterday and I must say, it accommodates most of my belongings with ease and style. The bag is well made and seems sturdy. My only complaint is the laptop accommodation: my 15.6" laptop does it in the bag, the zipper closes all the way, but the strap that keeps the laptop from moving / falling out is most definitely suited for smaller, more narrow laptops. If you have a 14" and under laptop, you should be more well accommodated, but other than that, I am in love with this bag. The laptop strap issue is just another reason to get a new, smaller, portable laptop. :-P

I have had this back pack for over a year now. It has held up nicely and is very convenient to use. I LOVE my back pack!
