The Sak Brand Group was introduced more than two decades ago as a handbag company with a strong focus on unique textured fabrications and is now one of largest lifestyle accessory companies in the country. The Sak Brand Group has offices in New York City, San Francisco, China and Indonesia, and designs and manufactures three very distinct lifestyle accessory brands - The Sak, Sakroots and Elliott Lucca. The Sak Brand Group brands are sold in more than 4,500 department stores and 850 specialty stores and across the globe in 24 international markets.


The Sak Brand Group (TSBG) is redefining conventional corporate structure leveraging its three cornerstones (or mantras) of the business - Trust, Action, and Ownership (TAO). These three ideals are apparent in all decision-making throughout the company spanning from employee selection to design and development. TSBG relies on unconventional practices and out of the box approaches to business to drive innovation and success including no chain of command or heirarchy and the use of committees in all decision making processes.
